Purposes:
This
screen allows the MIMS user to comment or modify status of a Provisional File.
Prerequisites:
1.
MIMS
user must have applicable security authorization.
The
following groups have access to this panel:
Provisional
Agents
System Administrators
All Internal MEP Users have View Access when
P- File number is known
Helpful Hints:
Ø This screen is used for
comments or modifications to a Provisional File.
Procedure:
1.
Select
Provisional Tab.
2.
Enter
Provisional File Number and click <Get>.
3.
All
Fields presented are updateable.
4.
Comments
or Modifications to the Provisional File are recorded on this screen.
To Close A Provisional File
5.
Select
from the drop-down list ‘Archived’ or ‘Obsolete’ and select corresponding
‘Closure Reason’
6.
Enter
Archived box Number (Manual Procedure by P-Desk clerk)
7.
Add
any additional comments.
8.
Click
<Save>.
9.
Screen
will display with non-editable fields.
